Tendency to sagging

The conventional slides's problems :
In a traditional construction, the system assemblies must imperatively be tightened in order to reduce as much as possible the functional looseness, otherwise the slide might bend when extended due to the weight of the leaves. This tight assembly allows the hardening, even the blocking of the slides in case the wood tends to bend, even lightly.

Slides made according to this principle, always show a tendency to bending (Sketches 1 and 2). The more the number of strips is high, the more this defect is perceptible. TECHNILIGNE process solves this problem.
