Synchronized motion rails and slides constitute the range called "LOZERE" (see synthesis table, Sketch 14). These products operation per cable is very soft, reliable and silent.

Synchronised slides

Similar in every respect to the classical slides, they allow the simultaneous opening of the two tops with one hand.

Four models for openings included between 530 and 1230 mm.

Only for central tables !

Synchronized rails

They allow an extension of the tops from 530 (Sketch 12) up to 1300 mm (Sketch13).
Their particular design allows the arrangement of the leaves inside the table.

In order to achieve the installation of these products successfully, we supply drawings of tables equipped with these systems.

Sketch 12 (réf.1000.650QP)

650 mm opening for 1 leave measuring 500 mm or 2 leaves measuring 300 mm.
Reference of the slide 1000.650QP.

The rail is directly fixed on the table's belt. The guiding of the plate is carried out with a dovetail (Sketch 12).

Sketch 13 (réf.1000.1050.QP)

1050 mm opening for 1 leave measuring 500 mm.

The rail is fixed onto 2 crosspieces between belts. The holding of the plates in extension position is ensured by brackets (Sketch 13).

Important recommendations for a long-lasting operation.

These slides must be exclusively fixed on rectangular tables with 4 legs and fixed belt which dimensional characteristics are close to the indications supplied on sketches 12 and 13.

The assembly of the various elements shall be carried out with great care and the parallelism between the slides, supporting rails and dovetails shall be rigorous (we advise an assembly with a gauge).

The weight of each half-plate shall not exceed 15 kg (that means a thickness of a 23 mm with classical material).

The design of the plates shall be such that any strain susceptible to lead to hard points is avoided.

For this type of table we advise the use of mdf, high quality plated blockboard, plated chipboard.

The assembly of a false crosspiece at the end of the table under the plate, hiding the dovetail, with strengthen the plate stability.

The dowels and other linking systems between the plates and leaves shall have a sufficient functional clearance in order to avoid making table closing difficult.

In the finish phase, rails and dovetails shall imperatively be polished (paraffin is to be proscribed) in order to obtain a very smooth motion.

With a concern of perfecting, these slides may undergo any technical modification without prior motice.
